SIRHA 2025, Lyon - Bocuse d’Or award ceremony.

24 exceptional chefs competed to win the prestigious trophy.
After two days of competition, it was Paul Marcon who brought home the gold, 30 years after his father.
Tears streamed down the faces of Paul Marcon’s family as his victory was announced.
It is therefore the son of Régis Marcon who emerges as the grand winner of the 20th edition of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or. Denmark, the 2023 winner, finished in second place this year, with Sweden taking third.
Paul Marcon, a chef from Haute-Loire, has won the Bocuse d’Or exactly thirty years after his father, a Michelin-starred chef, triumphed in 1995.
