A domain in Beaujolais sells wine in cans under the new brand Winestar ® .
The French company says to be able to commercialise in 2014 a Beaujolais wine in cans 
In recent months, Fabulous brand , based near Paris, has launched an innovative concept with Winestar ® : Three wines of Corbières are already packaged and distributed in the black cans (18.7 & cl 2.50 euros sold at retail). 
A first in France
According to Cedric Segal , the young CEO of Fabulous Brand, the can is the ideal packaging because it perfectly protects from air and light .
Winestar uses a unique and patented technology , and is the one approved by the prestigious association "Masters of Wine".
This can is environmentally friendly.  It is infinitely recyclable , with very little energy .
Its lightness and compactness also generate a significant reduction of the carbon footprint.  It can carry twice as much wine for the same weight / volume.
