FRANCE -JULY, 1: Hooligans zero tolerance
The Interior Ministry is sounding the alarm against the troublemakers in the stadiums.
In consultation with the President of the Professional Football League and the French Federation of Football, he created the SRI (Sections of Rapids Interventions), integrated in the National Division of Fight against Hooliganism, itself headed by the police superintendent Antoine Boutonnet.
These sections, specially trained, will be deployed in each department where there are professionals football clubs.
They consist by volunteers and they will ensure security of the stands.
If their objective is to identify and interpellate vandals and troublemakers and bring them to justice, they are also present to defuse tense situations inside the sports venues.
These agents are determined to enforce the new law against bands to contain the violents fan groups. (Estrosi law)
They are connected to video operators who assign their objectives.
In this way, the football games will become again a place where one comes in family.
